Aid By Care is the delivery arm of Cad Care Aid Foundation. We build lifetime digital health profiles for schools and communities across India — screened by clinicians, coded to international standards, carried by the person on a card they own.
A screening camp that leaves nothing behind is a day out, not a health service
Children are screened every year in schools across the country. The findings are written on paper, the paper goes home, and the next year the same child is screened again from scratch. Nothing accumulates. Nobody can tell whether the anaemia found last year was treated.
The record does not persist
A camp report is a snapshot. Without an identity to attach it to, it cannot become a history.
The referral does not close
A child is told to see a specialist. Whether they went, and what was found, is rarely known.
The data does not aggregate
Findings that could describe the health of a district sit in files in a school office.
What changes it
An identity the child keeps — the ABHA number — and a record written in codes that any other system can read. Then the second visit builds on the first, and the thousandth child becomes evidence.

RISE or EPIC
The same delivery model at two depths. Most schools start with RISE for everybody.
An Emergency Health Profile for every student and staff member. ABHA identity, an NFC and QR card, blood grouping and complete blood picture, and a consultation with a paediatrician or general physician including 4Ds screening.
List price 1,500 INR per beneficiary. The Foundation contributes 500 INR from its own CSR fund, so 1,000 INR is payable. GST excluded.
The annual clinical picture, on top of the emergency baseline. A 32 GB SD-chip card that is FHIR compliant and can carry CT and MRI studies, the full laboratory panel including thyroid and lipid profiles, and consultation across paediatrics or general medicine, dental, ophthalmology and ENT.
List price 5,000 INR. The Foundation contributes 1,000 INR, so 4,000 INR is payable. GST excluded.
Every programme produces the same four outputs, without exception: a lifetime digital health profile attached to an ABHA identity; a universal health card the person keeps; a referral tracked to closure wherever a finding needs onward care; and an annual disease statistical report for the institution that hosted it.
Delivery takes six to eight weeks from approval to issued cards.
