Resilience and Inclusive Solutions for Emergencies
An Emergency Health Profile for every student and every member of staff, generated with an ABHA identity and issued on an NFC-enabled QR card. Essential, and in compliance with the ABHM School Health Care Programme.
Why every school population needs this first
In an emergency, every second counts. A profile that an emergency responder can read in ten seconds changes what happens next.
Critical information, immediately
Allergies, medical conditions, medications, blood type and emergency contacts, available to whoever is treating the person.
It can save lives
In a cardiac event, a stroke or a severe allergic reaction, informed decisions depend on information that is present at the moment of care.
It reduces medical error
Most obviously, it prevents administration of a medicine the person is allergic to.
It provides peace of mind
Parents and staff know that if something happens, the people treating their child will not be working blind.
Three components, per person
Emergency Health Profile with ABHA ID, on an NFC-enabled QR card
Generated, personalised and issued. The card is readable by a phone without our software installed.
Blood grouping and complete blood picture
Collected on the day, processed by a partner laboratory, written back into the profile as LOINC-coded results.
Consultation with a paediatrician or general physician
Including 4Ds screening — defects at birth, deficiencies, diseases and development delays.
Published, with the Foundation contribution shown
| # | Service | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Emergency Health Profile with ABHA ID and NFC-enabled QR card | 500 INR |
| 2 | Blood grouping and complete blood picture | 500 INR |
| 3 | Consultation — paediatrician or general physician, 4Ds screening | 500 INR |

What the contribution means
The Foundation absorbs 500 INR of every student's cost from its own CSR fund. A corporate CSR partner can absorb the remainder for populations that cannot pay.
Where RISE sits against the guidelines
RISE is designed against the Ayushman Bharat Health Mission school health care programme guidelines and the mandatory health care provider guidelines that accompany them. We treat it as the essential tier: a school that does nothing else should do this.
