Child health screening and referral, digitally transformed. Aid By Care has authored a full UI/UX and technical design specification for an AI- and agent-enabled RBSK platform — 78 screens across ten modules, web and mobile.

The programme

What RBSK sets out to do

RBSK screens children for four categories of condition — the 4Ds — from birth through school age, and refers those who need care into the public health system. It is one of the largest child health screening efforts anywhere.

Its difficulty is not clinical. It is that a mobile health team working through a village in a day generates more findings than paper can carry, and the referral loop closes only when somebody follows up. That is a data problem, and it is the problem we work on.

A specification, in full

78 screens

One screen per page, wireframed, across web and mobile.

10 modules

From screening capture to referral tracking and programme reporting.

AI-assisted, human-decided

The AI assists; the human decides. Written into the specification as a principle, not a caveat.

Field-first

Offline capable, multilingual, designed for the device a health worker actually carries.

Technology in service of a child's health, with the health worker's time protected, the child's data protected, and the human always in the decision.
