Impact
What we count, and what we will not claim
This section is deliberately conservative. Where a programme has run, we report what it produced. Where something is a proposal, we say proposal.

Three rules
No figure without a denominator
A count of children screened means nothing without the roll it was drawn from.
No outcome claim without follow-up
We report referrals raised and referrals closed separately, because they are different numbers and the gap between them is the honest measure of a programme.
No case study that could identify a child
Which rules out most of the material this kind of page usually contains.
