CAD CARE Clinic

A case record platform for the solo and small private clinic in India — one to three practitioners — where records are coded at the moment they are created rather than coded afterwards by somebody else.

Why this segment

The gap nobody is serving

India has built the identity layer of a national digital health system at very large scale. Digital health accounts number in the high hundreds of millions. What sits behind most of those accounts, for most people, is very little.

The reason is that the majority of outpatient care in India happens in small private clinics, and the software available to those clinics is either billing software with a clinical afterthought or hospital software that assumes a hospital's staffing. Neither produces a coded record. CAD CARE Clinic is built for that practitioner specifically.

Specification complete; adoption test before build

The detailed project report is at version 2.0. It places a field adoption test ahead of the platform build, because clinician non-adoption is identified as the existential risk for this product. Building more features is not a remedy for a product clinicians do not open.

Follow the build.
