Cad Care Aid Foundation

A non-profit organisation, in association with Cad Care Inc USA, promoting preventive and community health care services across India through the Ayushman Bharat Health Mission.

Constitution and purpose

What the Foundation is for

Cad Care Aid Foundation is a non-profit organisation. Its purpose is the promotion of preventive and community health care across India, delivered through the Ayushman Bharat Health Mission — the Government of India initiative that establishes a digital health profile for every citizen.

The Foundation is not a technology vendor. It is a delivery organisation that happens to have unusually good technology available to it, through its association with Cad Care Inc USA. That distinction matters in practice: our success measure is children screened and referrals closed, not licences sold.

What the Foundation does directly

  • Designs and runs screening programmes for schools, communities and institutions.
  • Generates ABHA-linked digital health profiles and issues universal health cards.
  • Coordinates local volunteers with medical and para-medical staff.
  • Produces annual disease statistical reports for the populations it serves.
  • Contributes CSR funds of its own against every beneficiary, reducing the price the family or school pays.

Where the Foundation is engaged

The Foundation is in a framework agreement with the National Health Service in the United Kingdom, and is in discussion with the Central Government of India and with the state governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi.

A note on stage

Discussions are discussions. Where an engagement is at proposal or pilot stage we say so on the page that describes it, rather than presenting it as an established deployment.
