I have lost my child's card
Contact us with the child's name and school. A replacement is issued at cost; the record itself is unaffected.
I want to see my child's record
Contact us and we will confirm your identity as parent or guardian and give you access.
I want to withdraw consent
Tell us in writing. We will confirm what happens to the existing record and stop any further processing.
A result looks wrong
Tell us. Corrections are made against the record with the change recorded, rather than by overwriting.
Our school needs the annual report reissued
Ask, and we will resend it to the named contact at the school.
