Schools
How long does a programme take?
Six to eight weeks from approval to issued cards, of which camp days are typically three to five for a school of around a thousand.
How much teaching time does it cost?
Roughly twenty to thirty minutes per child under RISE, staggered by class so that no class loses a full period.
Do we have to do EPIC as well?
No. RISE is the essential tier. We would rather a school ran RISE for everybody than EPIC for half.
What if a parent refuses?
The child is not screened and nothing is recorded. There is no consequence for the child.
Who holds the data?
The family, under the child's ABHA identity. The school receives aggregate reporting only.
CSR and funders
How do I know the money reached children?
A CSR contribution is allocated against a named cohort and reconciled line by line against the published schedule.
Do you provide photographs and case studies?
No identifiable material about children. We report counts and outcomes.
Can we fund a specific school?
Yes. Cohorts are defined by institution and period.
Clinicians and technical evaluators
What standards is the record built to?
HL7 FHIR R4, with SNOMED CT, ICD-10 CM/PCS and ICD-11, LOINC, ATC and DICOM.
Is the platform deployed?
IHIP core and the personal health assistant are in service. CAD CARE Clinic and the RBSK platform are specified and not yet built; the roadmap says which is which.
Where is data held?
In India. The operating entity and data fiduciary position is under counsel and is a gate before any real patient data.
